Neville joined ADROITA in 2020 and has had a distinguished career with 48 years of Defence experience, including expertise in risk management. Neville serves on the board of AIDN NSW and says he chose to work at ADROITA to grow an amazing team of people whilst building Australian sovereign industry capability through local and regional SME base. He helps clients understand what Defence needs from them, what their potential is for supporting Defence, and how they can leverage ADROITA’s collective Defence expertise to grow their businesses to support the warfighter.
