Marc is a dynamic professional with over 35 years in the Royal Australian Navy, appointed to the rank of Captain. While working with the RAN, Marc specialised in Naval Aviation as Seahawk Co-pilot, Tactician and Test and Evaluation Specialist. He has extensive experience in executive roles, consulting to government departments at a national level and utilising broad Defence enterprise level knowledge.
Marc’s calm and collaborative leadership style combined with excellent communication skills makes him highly effective in engaging stakeholders to drive positive outcomes. He remains committed to continuous improvement, and as a systems thinker he implements initiatives to ensure high operational standards that meet strategic organisational requirements.
Marc was awarded a Group Citation for Bravery (1998) and the Conspicuous Service Cross (2017).
