Tim joined ADROITA in 2021, bringing a decade of experience in Defence and supporting Defence industry. Tim has a deep understanding of the Australian defence industry, innovation ecosystems and the Defence capability development process which he uses to support ADROITA’s clients to accelerate their entry into the Defence sector. By drawing on his expert analysis and insight Tim solves complex problems for our industry clients, developing strategies to unlock potential and future proof business.
Tim has a background in risk management, strategy and industry development. While working for NSW Government he was key to establishing the industry connections instrumental for the success of the NSW Defence Innovation Network, designed and resourced key workforce development programs, provided advice to over 200 SMEs, and executed key initiatives to enhance the defence industry in the state.
